​At Christian Family Worship Centre, we are excited to open our newly renovated Event Space to the community. Whether you’re planning an intimate birthday celebration, a professional corporate meeting, or a small-scale gathering, our versatile space provides the perfect environment — warm, welcoming, and family-friendly.
As a worship space, we honor our values by ensuring all bookings are subject to approval by the CFWC Event Management Team. We do not permit alcohol, loud music, or nightclub-style events. This ensures every event hosted here remains respectful, uplifting, and in harmony with our mission.

  • Full Day (8+ hours): $1,000 + HST

Audio-Visual Equipment

  • AV Technician/Sound Engineer: $35/hour/person
  • Wi-Fi (public open): Free

Staffing Support
  • On-Site Event Coordinator: $50/hour
  • Cleaning Service (post-event): Included in kitchen fee; optional add-on $100 without kitchen
Booking
  • All bookings are pending approval by the CFWC Event Management Team.
  • Once approved, a signed agreement will be issued.
  • Final booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit.

Payment Schedule
  • 50% of rental fee is required with the signed agreement (within 2 weeks of booking).
  • Balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
  • Bookings made within 14 days of event: 100% due at time of booking.
  • All applicable HST is in addition to rental fees.

Payment Method
  • Payments may be made by certified draft or cash ONLY.

Cancellation Policy
  • More than 30 days before event: Refund of fees, less 15% handling charge.
  • 30–14 days before event: Deposit non-refundable.
  • 14 days or less before event: All fees are non-refundable.
  • If event is cancelled due to external factors (e.g., government order, emergency), fees may be applied to a rescheduled date within 1 year.

Rental Hours
  • Weekdays: 8:00am – 10:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 10:00pm 
  • Additional setup/teardown outside rental hours: $100/hour
  • Please inquire about availability and hours prior to booking​

Policies
  • Events with alcohol, loud music, or nightclub/party atmospheres will not be approved.
  • Client is responsible for ensuring guests comply with CFWC policies.
  • Any damages to facilities will be billed to the renter.​
